Designed stormwater management systems including drainage channels, swales, culverts, detention/retention basins, emergency spillways using hydraulic and hydrologic routing techniques and accompanying soilerosion control measures. including stormwater routing. Open channel flow, hydraulics,. Subdivision and site plan designs include site grading, earthwork calculations, landscaping, soil erosion and sediment control plans. Horizontal and vertical roadway design. Preparation of technical reports for residential sewer and water systems. Field and laboratory experience with soils identification and soil permeability testing; including hydrometer and sieve analysis. Design of onsite waste treatment systems.

Experienced with NJDEPE permits for wetlands, tidelands, stream encroachment, dredging, CAFRA, water front development, bulkheading, dock and breakwater design, as well as sewer and water extensions. Worked with the USACOE in obtaining permits to fill isolated Wetlands, and dredging. Familiar with NJDOT permit processes for road openings and driveway openings.
